Bliss Therapy Training for LMTs and Ayurvedic Professionals
BLISS THERAPY TRAINING
Add Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and Swedhana to your practice or spa
Your clients will rave about Bliss Therapy treatments.
Adding Ayurvedic Bliss Therapies to your spa menu isn't just a great return on your investment, it's also something your clients will rave about and return for again and again.
This isn't your typical swedish or sports massage, this is an ancient ritual practiced for thousands of years offering the the deepest reset and rejuvenation available in a 2 hr. spa session.
Offering these therapies will set you apart.
Not only do clients rave about the services, but Bliss Therapy offers an outstanding ROI.
Having Bliss Therapy on your spa menu elevates the level of luxury experiences for your clients.
The relief your clients experience is unparalleled within contemporary therapeutic spa protocols.
Bliss Therapies will become the single most referred treatments on your menu. I know because I have built 3 clinical spas with Bliss Therapy being the single most requested therapy for over 2 decades.
Bliss Therapy
This exquisite treatment package combines three traditional therapies: Abhyanga, Svedana, and Shirodhara. Practiced together, this luxurious treatment is known to provide systemic balancing, deep tissue lubrication, nervous system and endocrine system healing. Bliss Therapy (the name says it all!) significantly reduces physical and mental stress disorders, anxiety, depression, hypertension, physical stiffness and weakness, Vata and Pitta mental/emotional agitation. Your clients will arise from this treatment feeling completely restored and utterly at peace.
Shirodhara
Shirodhara is a simple, yet profound treatment that works specifically on balancing and stabilizing the activity of the mind. Warm shirodhara oil is streamed continuously over the forehead, taking the participant on a journey deep within. Shirodhara is the signature treatment for all nervous system, anxiety, tension, depression and mental disorders.
Abhyanga
Unique to Ayurveda, this two-person/four hand choreographed massage utilizes medicinal ayurvedic herbal oils to deliver nourishment to the bodily tissues, relaxation to the muscles and calmness to the mind. Because each body type is unique, the oils are created with specific herbs to meet your personal needs. The highly specialized movements of Abhyanga massage are designed to correct the movement of Vata Dosha throughout the body, stimulate the movement of lymphatic fluid and release ama (toxins) from the tissues.
Swedhana
Following an Abhyanga and Shirodhara, your clients receive an exquisite herbal steam treatment that will leave them feeling clear, rejuvenated and wonderfully moisturized. Medicinal herbs like Lavender, Chamomile, Bay Leaf, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, and Lemongrass help to clear the channels, relax the muscles and nurture the senses.
